Materials used:

Every Flipslide component is made of natural rubber. It's sustainably sourced from rubber trees as opposed to synthetic rubber made from petroleum or the chemical based polyurethane foam you find in cheap flip-flops which is a major ocean pollutant. Being a natural, renewable material, it’s kind to the environment and your feet. It’s waterproof and durable, whilst dense and elastic for a supportive, soft and comfortable fit.

Manufacturing information:

Manufactured ethically in South Eastern China, using moulds to minimise waste.

Care instructions:

Flipslides are completely waterproof and can be washed or wiped down with any mild soap and water.

Available in sizes S, M and L to fit a womens size 36 through to 41. See approx. size guide image and please contact us if you need any further guidance selecting the right size.

Shipping and Handling

All parcels are packed in ComPOST satchels (home compostable satchels made from waste corn by the betterpackaging.co), and sent via Sendle, a 100% carbon neutral courier company. Sendle will automatically mark all single pair orders with Authority To Leave (ATL), however, for multiple pair orders we are able to pass on delivery notes and/or request a signature upon delivery for your parcel. Orders will be sent out within 2 business days and you will receive tracking details via email once sent.

Returns and Exchanges

We understand that things don’t always fit or feel right for everyone, so if you are not happy with your online purchase we will happily provide a refund (excluding shipping cost) or exchange upon return within 14 days of receiving your order. When trying on your purchase, please ensure you do so at home on the carpet as we're unable to accept returned orders if the item has been worn or damaged after purchase. Return postage is covered by the customer, but we will not ask you to pay for shipping again if you choose to exchange your order for a different size or colour. If we can’t provide you with an exchange, we’ll issue a refund. All refunds are processed via the original method of payment and will be processed within four working days of receipt of the returned order.
